Al final de mayo, en la capital rusa, bienal de arquitectura «АRCH Moscú »se celebra tradicionalmente. frontera arquitectos za de este año presentó una nueva idea esencialmente en el uso eficaz de las zonas habitadas con el objetivo de la creación de espacios de práctica de negocios
El concepto es especialmente notable puesto que Moscú es la ciudad más grande de Europa con la economía creciendo rápidamente y la escasez permanente de creatividad "oficina de zonas" que necesitan los numerosos estudios de diseño, galerías de arte moderno y otras organizaciones cuya actividad está relacionada con el arte.

El proyecto prevé la creación de un piso de tres volúmenes, con una superficie cubierta de acceso, divididos con paneles modulares del piso. El marco que le da forma, es una sola unidad estructural sujeto entre las fachadas ciegas de las casas. La fachada principal poligonal resuelto en los volúmenes dinámicos, se hace de la luz y duradera celular de policarbonato , la fachada se volvió hacia el patio es plano y completamente acristalada.
